Day trips to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and downtown Fort Myers are easy, and spring training brings the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins to Fort Myers each February and March. Planning a 1-3 month stay

Many snowbirds book one to three months between November and April. Our winter calendar books early, so it helps to ask as soon as your dates are firm. We don't publish monthly prices because they depend on dates and length of stay, so please ask for monthly rates or check availability for your dates. Bringing a pet for the season?

Pets are considered case by case. We can usually say yes to non-shedding, potty-trained dogs, and there is a $75 fee for each approved pet. Read our pet-friendly rental details before you request.

Is Cape Coral good for snowbirds?

Many people spend the winter in Cape Coral for the mild weather, the boating and fishing, golf, and easy access to Gulf beaches and Fort Myers. Beachy Keen is in a quiet residential area with shopping and dining nearby.

Is the home on the water?

No. Beachy Keen is not on the water. The pool and screened lanai are the outdoor focus, and beaches and marinas are a short drive away.

Can family visit during my stay?

Yes, within the home's maximum of 6 guests. Let us know about visitors when you book.
