Inside, the open kitchen, bar seating, dining area, and living room create a great gathering space. The game room adds even more fun with ping-pong, foosball, darts, and a TV, making the home ideal for families, couples, and small groups.
The home is located in the Pelican area of Southwest Cape Coral, close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Cape Harbour Marina, Cape Coral Yacht Club and Beach, downtown Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel Island.
