What are sponsor slots?
Our guide pages (Cape Coral area guide, best restaurants, holiday events, Fort Myers Beach rebuild news and more) have a small number of sponsor slots in the sidebar and between sections. Each slot shows one short ad: your image, a headline, one line of text and a button to your website. Every paid ad is clearly labeled Sponsored.
Readers are mostly families and snowbirds staying in Southwest Cape Coral who are actively looking for places to eat, boat tours, fishing charters, attractions and services, so a local ad here is seen by people who are about to spend time and money nearby.
Pricing: pay for what the site can actually deliver
You type a budget, like on Facebook, and we show you how long your ad runs and an honest view estimate. Prices are examples and may change as the site grows.
- Now, while traffic is small: about $3 per day per slot.
- Once a slot reaches 300+ views per day: it switches to $12 CPM (per 1,000 views).
- Minimum spend $25, maximum run 90 days.

Family-friendly rules
Beachy Keen is a family vacation home guide, so every ad must be suitable for kids and grandparents reading over your shoulder.
- Welcome: restaurants, boat, kayak and dolphin tours, fishing charters, attractions, golf, pool and cleaning services, property management, realtors, shops and local events.
- Not accepted: adult content, gambling, tobacco or vaping, cannabis, weapons, payday loans, political ads, competing vacation rental listings, or anything misleading.
- Alcohol: restaurants and bars are fine; ads focused on drinking or drink specials are not.
- Clear, honest text and a working, safe link to your own website.
Approval before anything runs
Every ad is personally reviewed by the owners, Jamal and Kellsey, before it goes live. If we don't approve it, your card is not charged. If you edit a live ad, it comes back to us for a quick re-check.

- We review it (usually within 1–2 days).
- Your ad goes live with a Sponsored label, and you get a summary of views and clicks when it ends.
